SHIPPING POLICY

At YEEX, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, transparently, and within a reliable timeframe. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping timelines, delivery process, fees, customs information, and customer responsibilities for international orders.

1. Shipping Destinations

YEEX currently ships products from our international suppliers and partner warehouses in:

  • European Union (EU)

  • United States of America (USA)

  • China

We deliver to customers across Nigeria and other supported countries through our logistics partners.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your order has been successfully placed.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery Time

For products shipped from the EU, USA, or China, the estimated delivery timeline is:Estimated delivery: 10 working days from the date of shipment

Important Notes

  • Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • Delivery timelines begin after the order has been shipped, not from the date the order is placed.

  • In rare cases, customs clearance, weather conditions, airline delays, or high shipping volumes may cause slight delays.

 

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Product weight and dimensions

  • Shipping origin

  • Delivery destination

  • Selected shipping method

The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges imposed by the destination country.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • YEEX works with trusted logistics partners to minimize delays during customs clearance.

  • If customs documentation is required from the customer, prompt cooperation will help avoid delays.

 

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, YEEX will send a tracking number via email, SMS, or in-app notification.

  • Track your order in real time through the YEEX app or website.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

 

7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

Our logistics partners will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout.

  • Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate and reachable.

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, additional re-delivery charges may apply.

  • Orders returned to sender due to failed delivery may incur return shipping and handling fees.

 

8. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking information for the latest update.

  2. Contact YEEX Customer Support with your order number.

  3. We will investigate with the courier and provide an update within 2–5 business days.

For confirmed lost shipments, YEEX will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

 

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact YEEX Support within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.

  3. Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
