RETURN / REFUND POLICY

At YEEX customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned and refunds may be issued.
By placing an order on YEEX, you agree to the terms of this policy.
2. Return Eligibility
Most products purchased through YEEX may be returned within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and labels are included.

The item is not damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling after delivery.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Personal care and hygiene products

Underwear and intimate apparel

Perishable goods and food products

Customized or personalized products

Gift cards and digital products

Products marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page

Items damaged after delivery due to customer misuse
4. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items If you receive:

A damaged item

A defective item

An incorrect item

An item significantly different from its description
Please contact YEEX Customer Support within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue. Upon verification, YEEX may:

Issue a full refund,

Replace the item at no additional cost, or

Offer store credit where applicable.
In certain cases, YEEX may issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned.
5. Change of Mind Returns
If you simply change your mind about a purchase, you may return eligible items within 5 days of delivery.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and other cost asscoiated with the return of the item.
Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact.
6. How to Initiate a Return

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 5–10 business days.
7. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed in form of store voucher.
8. Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a YEEX error.

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, YEEX will cover applicable return shipping costs.

Any expedited shipping fees selected by the customer are non-refundable.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
Once an order has been dispatched or is in transit, cancellation may no longer be possible and the standard return process must be followed.
10. Refund Refusal
YEEX reserves the right to refuse refunds where:

Fraudulent activity is suspected.

False or misleading return claims are submitted.

Returned products do not meet eligibility requirements.

Excessive or abusive return patterns are identified.
11. Customer Protection Guarantee
For eligible purchases, YEEX offers Customer Protection covering:

Approved claims may result in a replacement, store credit, or full refund at YEEX's discretion.
